Create records people can trust
Connect each domain to its registrar account, registrant organization where available, renewal date, intended use, DNS provider, and business owner. Identify missing information explicitly. An incomplete export should not quietly become the authoritative company inventory.
Separate critical names from optional holdings
A domain supporting customer email needs a different priority from an undeveloped investment name. We classify domains by role and consequence of loss, then organize reviews around keep, develop, market, transfer, or allow-to-expire decisions.
Review access and responsibility
Accounts remain with the owner and should use appropriate security controls. Document who approves changes, who receives notices, and how access is handed over. Passwords and recovery details belong in your approved credential process, not an inventory sheet or public form.
Make ongoing review practical
An inventory becomes stale when nobody owns the review. We help define decision windows, change records, review timing, and exceptions. Monitoring or ongoing administration is included only where it forms part of an agreed service scope.
Questions about portfolio management
Will you own my domains?
Your domains and accounts remain yours. Any delegated access and approval responsibilities are defined in the scope.
Can this be a one-time cleanup?
Yes. Inventory and access work can be a specific project, with ongoing support considered separately.
